Synopsis
10位想学游泳的“旱鸭子”演艺界新生代，来到一个“家徒四壁”的旱鸭子训练营，在国家级专业运动员的带领下，在专业的游泳池中开启为期13天的游泳学习之旅。他们需要通过不断的学习进步和自我挑战，经历三大任务阶段，在一次次的专业考核中获得生活奖励，在习得游泳技能的同时，一点点丰富和改善生活条件，在实现游泳技能突破的同时体会到“白手起家”的成就感。最终完成一场跟演艺界游泳“高手”的同场竞技，用来检验学习成果，享受一次属于竞技运动的独特魅力。
