Synopsis
CETV2006年度国家公共危机应急处理第一剧。 公元未来某年，春节零时，新港半岛的市民沉浸在节日的欢乐气氛中。 新港市近海区域，石油钻探公司的天然气开采平台将物理探杆钻到海下时，突然一种莫名的气体冒了出来，所体遇到物理磨擦起火燃烧，且越烧越旺，致使平台发生大爆炸，打井工人全部遇难，不久，又发生了强烈地震，EMC迅速启动了紧急预案，投入组织协调全体市民撤离的工作中……
