《特勤精英》是我国首部全景展示消防员真实生活的青春热血电视剧。故事讲述了义务兵林毅（张丹峰 饰），立志加入消防精英部队飞豹队，成为优秀消防员战士的故事。一开始，林毅年轻气盛，与队友间摩擦不断；因种种误解，与队长郑志勇（李乃文 饰）也一直针锋相对；甚至与急救医生叶一帆（苏青 饰），经历了一场不打不相识的交情。最终，在好友张好奇（丁野 饰）和骆可可（包文婧 饰）的支持和鼓励下，在经历一次次生死攸关的救援行动后，包括林毅在内的几个年轻人，纷纷褪去青涩，走向成熟，与飞豹队的成员们一起，为了共同的英雄梦想，立志坚守国家和人民的消防事业。
