一同从事钢管舞表演的好姐妹笠原优子（广末凉子 饰）、冈山留香（木南晴夏 饰）和犬冢慧（松井爱莉 饰）刚刚结束一场意义非常的表演。留香即将和心爱之人走入婚姻殿堂，这也是她的告别演出。三人乘坐明珍约翰尼（鹿贺丈史 饰）驾驶的专车有说有笑，谁知一场灾难突如其来。浪荡油滑的小青年本多贺次郎（冈田将生 饰）突然闯进机动车道，结果导致明珍四人死于车祸，而贺次郎却侥幸生还。依然故我的贺次郎突然发现四位死者出现在自己面前，原来她们都有未了的心愿而盘桓世间。 看在巨额报酬的份上，贺次郎勉为其难应承下来。而在这一过程中，他从四个鬼魂身上感受到前所未有的冲击……
