Shimmering City

In the future, due to human beings suffering a major catastrophe, a small number of people have turned from the ground to live underground. This huge underground city was originally designed to only last for 200 years, with only lights as the only lighting tool in the city. However, as time passes, 200 years will soon arrive, and so will the design life of the urban core. There are more and more power outages in the city, and the light that depends on survival is about to disappear in this dim city. As good friends Lena (Saoirse Ronan) and Dun (Harry Treadaway) often play in the complicated pipelines in the shimmering city. One day, Lina found an ancient document that recorded how to get out of Shimmer City. Seeing that the lights of the dim city are about to go out, what secrets are there outside the city? Is it bright? Lina and Du En decided to follow the guidance of this ancient document, get out of the city, and see the outside world in order to save the city that was about to burn out.
