Shadow of the Fiery Sword

In 1938, Xiaoxia, an amnesiac young man living on the streets of Shanghai, accidentally saved Tang Hanqing, the eldest son of the Tang Dynasty, and was accepted as a close disciple by the Tang family master, learning to carve mahogany furniture. When the Japanese army occupied Shanghai, Xiaoxia, who witnessed the atrocities of the Japanese army, gradually recovered his memory. He remembered the painful experience of his whole family being massacred by the Japanese army during the Nanjing Massacre, and began his road to revenge. After killing the Japanese and avenging his family, Xiaoxia returned to the mountains and forests. Unexpectedly, the Tang family, their benefactor, suffered disaster as a result, so Xiaoxia went out to rescue without hesitation. Later, under the influence of Tang Hancai, the youngest daughter of the Tang family, a patriotic student, and others, they gradually realized the truth that if the country does not survive, the family will remain. In the end, Xiaoxia grew up from a personal avenger to an anti-Japanese hero who fought for national justice under the leadership of the Communist Party.
