Cleo from 5 to 7

Paris, 5 to 7 pm. The beautiful female singer Cleo (Corinne Marchand) is wandering the streets of Paris. She dressed in black, took off her wig, and looked through the fear and anxiety in her heart calmly. Everything was triggered by a medical examination report. She was worried that she would suffer from stomach cancer as the fortune teller said. The anxious Cleo wandered the streets of Paris, in cafes, or at home, meeting all kinds of men, her lovers or friends, telling them every episode of her life, but no one seemed to really understand her. Until finally, she met a young soldier who was about to go to the battlefield in Algeria. After talking with him, Cleo began to see the world again and face reality calmly. The famous work "Five to Seven" directed by French female director Agnès Varda is an important work in the New Wave film. The film was shortlisted for the Palme d'Or at the 15th Cannes Film Festival in 1962.
