Family Journey 1990

Scuro (played by Marcello Mastroianni) is full of excitement and anticipation for the upcoming journey. After his wife passed away many years ago and he retired gloriously, he will finally get out of the unchanged living environment to visit the children who have been away for a long time. It is wonderful to experience the unique scenery of a foreign country while reliving family ties. It is wonderful to think about this experience. However, the reality is not as perfect as imagined. As the journey progressed, Scuro discovered that each of his five children had accomplished nothing. What made him even more sad was that one of the children died unfortunately not long ago, and he knew nothing about it. The kind-hearted children tried to comfort the frustrated Scuro with lies, and when faced with the ghost of his wife, Scuro also told the same white lie. The young and the elderly, the dead and the living, a true and delicate relationship flows slowly between relatives.
