The Song of the Serenity Cafe

Misaki (played by Hiromi Nagasaku) has had a very strong interest in coffee since she was a child. When she grew up, she turned her interest into a career and became a professional coffee bean roaster. Misaki grew up in a broken family. Her father left without saying goodbye one day. The lack of father's love has always been Misaki's heartache. Finally, she made up her mind to leave the big city and return to her hometown of Noto Peninsula. She transformed a dilapidated log cabin into a coffee shop. While engaged in her beloved coffee business, she waited for her father's return. The father didn't show up for a long time, and the two cute and pitiful children attracted Misaki's attention. The two children were raised by their mother, but her mother was often away from home, leaving only instant noodles and hurried out to work. Gradually, Misaki began to play the role of caregiver and protector of the children.
