Eternal Life

Simon (Joseph Hader) ) is a private detective. When he reaches middle age, he finds that his life path is getting narrower and narrower, and he always feels a vague uneasiness in his heart. In order to calm the anxiety in his heart, Simon decided to return to his hometown, where his beautiful childhood memories were preserved. Simon suddenly discovered that he had not gone back to see it for a long, long time. The moment he set foot on his hometown, Simon felt his soul relax. However, after the initial freshness passed, Simon gradually began to recall some memories that happened here that he had been trying to forget. Ashbrenner (Tobias Moretti) is Simon's childhood friend. What Simon did not expect was that Ashbrenner committed suicide the day after he visited him.
