In a small town in Pennsylvania, the United States, most of the townspeople work in an auto parts assembly factory, and the prosperity of the entire town is maintained here. However, the economic downturn forced the factory to close down. Stevenson was an employee of this factory. For himself and the whole town, he jumped out and lobbied a Japanese automobile company to buy the factory so that everyone could keep their jobs. As the saying goes: "Some people do the decapitation business, but no one does the loss-making business." The Japanese took over the American factories, and of course they hoped to make enough profits. The key lies not only in the transfer of advanced technology from the Japanese, but also in the efforts of American employees to make the production line more efficient.
