The Golden Bird

The movie tells the story of the Chambal Valley in 1975. Raju gave information that her father would be gifting large amounts of gold and cash to the bride, so Singh alias Dadda planned a raid. The Special Task Force (STF) led by Inspector Gurjjar attacked Singh after they obtained the loot, which led to a schism between the gangs. Lachna wanted to surrender to the police, while Wakil wanted to rebel. During their escape, they met Thakur's wife Indumati and a girl named Khushi. Thakur's wife killed her father-in-law and fled with Khushi. With her entire family on the hunt for her, Indumati begged Lakhna to help bring her little girl to the hospital. On the way to the hospital, Lachna told Indumathi a story about a curse that killed innocent children in the room, causing the gang to be killed in turn. And they need to find the golden bird (a "savior girl" metaphor) to escape the curse. This girl named Khushi is the "savior" they are looking for. Indumathi's son wanted to kill her mother, but Lakhna told the truth to her face that his grandfather was a bad man and that his grandfather was his biological father.
