The Pseudo Art of True Love

The story takes place in the Netherlands in 1920, Hans (Jeroen Spitzenberger) ) is a talented painter. However, because his painting style is too retro, the works he created are not popular among art critics, and some even accused him of plagiarizing the works of his predecessors. By coincidence, Hans fell in love with a woman named Joranka (Lize Feryn). This woman was a married woman, and her husband was Bradyw, the most vocal art critic at the time. Hans acted like he was dancing in front of a gun, and his artistic career was ruined because of this incident. In order to retaliate against the ignorant art circle, Hans decided to copy the paintings of the famous Dutch painter Johannes. However, because Hans's skills were so superb, the fakes he produced eluded all connoisseurs, including Brady.
