Eiffel Tower

Emma McCann ("Sex Education") and Romain Duris ("New Girlfriend") will star in the new French film "Eiffel Tower" (tentative translation). Directed by Martin Bourblon ([Daddy or Mom]). The film will revolve around the love story behind the Eiffel Tower. Emma will play Adrienne Bourgès, a mysterious, well-born woman related to engineer Gustave Eiffel. The story tells that after Eiffel successfully collaborated with Friedrich-Auguste Bartholdi on the Statue of Liberty, he was under pressure to design something eye-catching for the 1889 Paris World's Fair. While looking for inspiration, he met Adrienne, and their forbidden passion also inspired the design of the Eiffel Tower. The film will start shooting in August.
