Rocket

It tells the story of the protagonist Aro, who has been considered to have a curse since birth. After moving to a temporary village with his family, he was ostracized in various ways. Later, with the help of his friend Kia and his uncle, he fought against fate and finally won the annual Rocket Festival competition with his own intelligence and courage, proving that he was a normal person and was accepted by the villagers. The film has a unique perspective. Director Kim Murdaunt is one of the representatives of the new generation of directors in the world of cinema. The film was nominated for the Best Debut Film at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival and the Future Vision Award at the 18th Busan International Film Festival. Sylvia Wilski serves as the film's producer, and many of her works have been screened at several international film festivals. In the film, the two young actors Stephen Tissam and Langman Koseina performed the male and female protagonists vividly and impressively. The film's production company, Red Lamp Films, was founded in 1999 and has produced many critically acclaimed documentaries and films, which have been screened at more than 40 international film festivals and other large-scale events.
