Mortal Kombat

Cole (Lewis Tan Lewis Tan) (played by Joe Taslim) is a boxer who is very athletic but lives a very miserable life. One day, he is inexplicably hunted down by the cryomancer Absolute Sub-Zero (played by Joe Taslim). With the help of Special Forces Major Jax (Mehcad Brooks), Cole escaped from death and set out to find a woman named Sonia (Jessica McNamee). Afterwards, Cole came to the temple of Raiden (played by Tadanobu Asano), the guardian of the earth's underworld. Here, he met the warrior Liu Kang (played by Ludi Lin) and the mercenary Kano (played by Josh Lawson). The only thing they have in common is that they all have mysterious dragon-shaped marks on their bodies.
